With MNDFL youll receive your own customised nutrition plan which is tailored towards your goals. Your macro nutrients will be worked out in a such a way to further enhance results and focus on nutrition like never before. All the foods selected will be based entirely upon your preferences, likes, and time allocated to prepare meals. You will also have the access to a variety of meal options.



Along with the nutrition, you will have a fully tailored workout plan which is designed for you and your body only. You will have unique programme which will consider your current level of fitness, equipment, place of workout, any movements which arent possible and also the amount of time you have to workout. There are full video demonstrations to ensure you are executing the movement with the correct form and technique. You will have your rep ranges and sets provided for you and are laid out clearly.



At MNDFL we also understand that progress is built off knowledge, the more you know, the easier the process becomes. Knowledge also leads to sustainable results because you understand and will feel empowered to do this alone. Therefore you will have full access to the MNDFL vault, where you can find a wide range of PDF guides, webinars, video recording and educational content, along with a large range of up to date information. All of which has been designed around client feedback, surveys, common struggles and have been condensed into a large learning platform. Topics such as nutrition, macros, female cycle, sleep, eating out and much more.



You will be able to check in through the app, upload your progress photos and monitor your progress.
